A change in routines and environment can be very daunting for someone who’s living with dementia. That's why we understand the very specific daily challenges and different stages of living with and caring for someone with dementia. We believe that appropriate dementia care can be provided at home where familiar surroundings and trained carers can be on hand to provide one-to-one care. We hand pick carers who have the appropriate training and experience.

Palliative/end of life care can be a difficult, emotional and traumatic time for all concerned. All Seasons Care believes the choices of the individual should be paramount at this time and this is reflected in the planning of delivery of our care services. 

We take into account the wishes and priorities of the individual, their family and friends, so we can provide a tailor-made detailed care plan. Our staff have experience of working alongside Marie Curie nurses, district nurses and GP’s to support the client in all areas and especially pain management. 

We can also assist with accessing support services for the terminally ill.
